The 'Boat House' was designed to accommodate sixty (60) boats up to 30' LOA with a maximum 9' Beam.....

The 10' - 13' Indoor Slip Heights are the tallest available in the Bonita Springs area.  They allow for most Fixed T-tops, Radar Arches and Bimini Tops to be stowed in the up position.

The covered 'Boat House' structure was designed to keep your vessel high & dry.  The building is rated to handle sustained winds of 130 MPH and it is equipped with an emergency fire suppression system as well. 

As a step to 'Go Green', a water reclamation system was installed to catch water run-off in the 'Boat House'.  Marina staff keep the cement floor clean utilizing the system.

The highly experienced Dock Crew easily retrieve your boat with the custom built three-stage Wiggins Bull..... 

With advanced notice, they will have your vessel in the water, ready and waiting upon your arrival.  

Upon return from your adventures, all you need to do is gather your personal belongings.  The Dock Crew will flush the engines, wash down the exterior, and place your 'Baby' safely back in its cradle.
